joining bifrosts
Read through the Website
This website will give you a good idea on what this roleplay group is about, as well as how to shape your character! We especially recommend checking out each city, which has cultural information available to you, as well as what colors are accepted. Pay special attention to that detail, as eye-colors are restricted in this group for plot reasons.

Creating your Character
Take a look at the character creation page and the shop to make sure that you’re following our design guides! For this group, we limit specific bans, such as heterochromia, and color mutations. If you're confused on what is allowed and what's not, don't hesitate to reach out in a ticket.

IF the group is closed...
We will no longer be accepting applicants when the group is closed. The reasoning for this may vary, but we typically wait for enough interest and enough of a time-gap between plots for new-members to become immersed in the world. However, that doesn't mean it's impossible to join! Some methods for joining while we are closed are listed below.
Kitten Tryouts
Most of the time, members will open their litter-tryouts to non-members! Just apply using the rules above, and send it into the parents. If you’re accepted, we’ll send you an invite.
Special Openings
On special occasions, Bifrosts may hold unique openings. These openings will consist of traveler characters, pre-made characters, or adult characters being accepted into the group. Group Opening
We shouldn't be closed for long, and we typically re-open whenever there's enough space in a city. Sometimes, we may open for specific cities if we're lacking members, or want to expand on that city for plot-reasons.

Sponsorships
You could also be sponsored into the group as an orphaned character! If three people from the group have a friend they’d like to join they can submit a query regarding that. However, certain requirements must be met before sponsoring a non-member into the group!
The non-member desiring to join via sponsorships will then open a ticket once they have found members or close friends wanting to sponsor them. They will inform the admin team in that ticket that they are desiring to be sponsored into the group, and they will list who will be sponsoring them and include a short application about themselves and their character. Once they have been approved, they will then go under discussion with the admin team about how to seamlessly integrate their character into the group, what their backstory is, what city they'll join, etc. |
Tryout template
Please make sure to include all required information before trying out! Incomplete biographies and applications will not be accepted.
Multiple characters may be submitted if preferred
leaving bifrosts
If you feel like you cannot be a part of the group anymore, or do not want to be, please make a ticket to inform the group that you’ll be leaving so we can edit all of our documentation and let us know what you’d like your character’s fate to be.
If you have a change of heart at a later time, you can always re-apply when the group opens again, or through the two methods above!
However, if you do leave and want to rejoin in the future with your past character, you may! Members will not be punished for wanting to take a big step back from the group, and they should be able to rejoin with a character if they request to. Especially as this character will not remove slots for new-members. However, there are three requirements that must be met:
To help us keep up with the group's pace and to not have NPCs hanging around, after one month of leaving, we may end your character at any time.
In order to make the transition from having been away from the group to rejoining, once a player rejoins with a previous character, their player data base is essentially wiped. They will not have any of their coins, statistic-based items, or shop-purchased items due to them being wiped when the player leaves. However, any bans or scars the character had before they may still have, and may still be applied without purchase due to maintaining consistency with the character.
Once a member rejoins through this method, they will be encouraged to open a ticket to be caught up on anything they missed, and be encouraged to plot with other PC's to fill in the spaces while their character was NPCd.
A past member is only allowed to rejoin this way once. If they try to rejoin a second time using this method, they will be unable to and will be treated as a new arrival. This is to ensure that there is little confusion with players leaving and rejoining.
- If a member fails to inform the team what their characters fate is, the team may choose what to do with said character.

- If the past ban they purchased is full, the ban will have an extra add-on. If it is empty, the returning character will take up that spot.
